In accordance with Article 32 of Law No. 5174, every company engaged in the purchase or sale of commodities included in the Commodity Exchange quotation list in quantities exceeding the specified minimum amounts is required to register with the Commodity Exchange in its place of business. Companies that fail to comply with this requirement will be registered ex officio by the Commodity Exchange and notified accordingly.

• A copy of the Trade Registry Gazette or Tradesmen Registry Gazette, or a registry certificate
• Photocopy of identity card
• Certificate of residence or residence document
• 3 recent photographs
• Tax certificate or a document confirming tax registration
• Commodity Exchange Registration Declaration (Natural Person Membership Registration Form)
• Registration fee based on the amount of capital
• Member Explicit Consent Form

Documents Required for Registration of Legal Entities

• A copy of the Trade Registry Gazette
• 3 recent photographs of each authorized representative
• Certificate of residence or residence document of each authorized representative
• Photocopies of identity cards of authorized representatives
• Tax certificate or a document confirming tax registration
• Commodity Exchange Registration Declaration (Legal Entity Membership Registration Form)
• Registration fee based on the amount of capital
• Member Explicit Consent Form
