1. Ensures that the financial affairs of our Exchange are conducted accurately, reliably and efficiently.
2. This directorate maintains the accounting records of İzmir Commodity Exchange in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles, the TOBB Budget and Accounting Regulation and the provisions of the relevant legislation.
3. Its duties include maintaining accounting records for the resources under the control of the Exchange, the assets acquired through these resources and the services provided; preparing accurate and timely weekly, monthly and annual financial reports in accordance with fundamental accounting principles; preparing the Exchange’s annual budget; and managing deposits in the best interests of the institution.
4. Ensures that the necessary contacts are established with the relevant authorities to develop solutions to members’ financial problems.
