Dear Member,

According to the notice received from the General Directorate of Exports of the Ministry of Trade of the Republic of Türkiye, the “Istanbul Global E-Export Summit (IGEXX)” was held on September 4-5, 2024, under the auspices of the Ministry, with the aim of ensuring sustainable growth in Türkiye’s e-export activities and increasing the global recognition of Turkish brands. The second edition of the Summit will be held on September 3-5, 2026, at the Haliç Congress Center, once again under the auspices of the Ministry and coordinated by the Turkish Exporters Assembly (TİM).

In 2024, the event brought together more than 3,000 senior-level participants, including representatives of 33 global and regional marketplaces from the United States, China, Brazil, India, Europe, MENA and ASEAN regions, including AboutYou, JD, Jumia, Otto, Ozon, Shopee, Takelot, Walmart, Wayfair and Wildberries.

During the event, 56 domestic and international companies showcased their activities at exhibition stands, while expert speakers shared their knowledge and experience through 29 presentations and 22 panel sessions held across three different halls.

This year, the Summit will be held under the theme “Beyond Borders” and will bring together representatives of more than 40 global marketplaces from around the world, from the Americas to the Far East and from South Africa to Europe. In addition to bilateral business meetings, more than 150 speakers and over 25 panel sessions are planned.

Through these panels, participants will have the opportunity to closely follow current trends and international developments in digital commerce, enhance their knowledge and competencies in this field, and gain new perspectives that will help strengthen their e-export strategies through insights from industry experts.

Within this scope, companies will have the opportunity to:

- Hold one-on-one meetings with marketplace representatives from their target markets to introduce their companies and products,

- Meet with pre-matched counterparts whose profiles are aligned with their product portfolios during pre-scheduled meetings,

- Gain practical insights from industry experts on topics such as artificial intelligence in e-export, payment systems, logistics and smart order fulfillment, which can be incorporated into their strategic roadmaps.

Pre-applications for the IGEXX 2026 B2B program are being accepted free of charge, and no fee is collected from companies during the application stage. Applications will be evaluated based on companies’ product groups, target markets, e-export capacities, operational capabilities and the requirements of participating marketplaces. Companies whose applications are approved will confirm their participation in the B2B program after completing the participation and payment procedures in accordance with the information to be provided to them.

Bilateral business meeting schedules will be prepared for companies that have completed their final participation procedures, taking into account product and market compatibility, the requirements of marketplace representatives and matching suitability. As the schedules will be arranged according to the order of registration, companies that register early will be given priority in scheduling meetings with their target marketplaces.
