According to the notice received from the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye (TOBB), with reference to the letter from the Ministry of Family and Social Services, the procedures and principles regarding the "Private Employer Social Security Premium Support", introduced by the Ministry under Additional Article 5 of Law No. 3294 on Encouraging Social Assistance and Solidarity to promote the employment of social assistance beneficiaries, as well as the "Regulation on the Employment of Social Assistance Beneficiaries", have been communicated.
Thanks to the "Social Assistance Beneficiaries" filter available in the Candidate Pool System provided by İŞKUR, social assistance beneficiaries can be easily identified. Employers who employ individuals identified through this filter and meet the other conditions stipulated in the relevant legislation may benefit from the Private Employer Social Security Premium Support implemented under Additional Article 5 of Law No. 3294.
