- Conducts the elections of the Exchange bodies and the Delegates to the TOBB General Assembly,
- Organizes the meetings of the professional committees, Board of Directors, Assembly and Disciplinary Board, records their decisions and monitors members’ attendance at meetings,
- Obtains the necessary information and documents from the directorates concerning the monthly and annual activities of the Board of Directors and submits them to the Secretary General for evaluation in the form of a draft report,
- Carries out the procedures related to the preparation of the Lists of Arbitrators, Expert Witnesses and Experts,
- Conducts arbitration proceedings relating to domestic disputes,
- Performs procedures concerning the registration, updating and deletion of member records within the framework of the applicable legislation and the decisions of the relevant bodies,
- Assesses and collects debts arising from members’ subscription fee obligations, issues notifications and follows up outstanding debts, and conducts enforcement proceedings through the legal counsel.
