1. This is the department where purchase and sale transactions involving commodities subject to the Exchange (including forward and futures transactions) are registered in accordance with the relevant legislation and the decisions of the Assembly and the Board of Directors. 
2. In the purchase and sale declarations submitted for registration (including forward and futures transactions), company names, tax information and the conformity of unit prices with current market prices are examined, signatures are verified and any missing information is completed.
3. Following the verification of agricultural withholding tax in accordance with the General Communiqués on Income Tax, the registration process is duly completed and the registration fee is collected.
4. The necessary procedures regarding guarantees are carried out, and companies with outstanding liabilities relating to withholding tax declarations are monitored.
5. Daily, weekly, monthly and annual bulletins relating to all commodities submitted for registration are reviewed.
6. Transactions carried out in the trading halls and the Korbey trading pit are recorded in the trading hall transaction registers.
7. Mobile teams are dispatched to locations within the Exchange’s area of responsibility to carry out registration procedures.
