Project Summary

The overall objective of the EURO-FEM Project is to contribute to promoting women's entrepreneurship and empowering women in employment, while supporting the development of a common strategy by strengthening communication and coordination between business communities in Türkiye and the European Union.

Within the scope of the project, project stakeholders, women entrepreneurs and representatives of the education sector were brought together under a cluster to share best practices. B2B events were organized and a “Women Entrepreneurs Network” was established.

Ten local training programs were organized in Türkiye with the participation of 200 people, aiming to empower Turkish women in entrepreneurship and support their integration into the business world.

An Angel Investors Forum was established under the EURO-FEM initiative, contributing to the development of dialogue and business networks between women-owned businesses and women's communities in the European Union and Türkiye.
