Circular No. 2026/15 has been published by the General Directorate of Insurance of the Social Security Institution, reducing the deferral interest rate from 39% to 29% and extending the maximum deferral period from 36 months to 72 months. Under the regulation, the deadline for employers and insured persons with outstanding premium debts to benefit from this opportunity is August 31, 2026.
