A Geological and Geotechnical Survey Report is planned to be prepared for the property owned by the İzmir Commodity Exchange, located in the Köyiçi area of Yazıbaşı Neighborhood, Torbalı district, İzmir, and registered in the land registry as Block 334, Parcel 21. The report will serve as a basis for master development plans and implementation development plans at different scales.

In this context, price quotations will be requested from authorized companies for drilling works, field investigations, laboratory analyses, and other technical studies required for the geological survey to serve as a basis for the 1/5000-scale master development plan and the 1/1000-scale implementation development plan.

Scope of Work;

• Conducting drilling works required for the Geological and Geotechnical Survey Report,
• Carrying out field investigations and necessary technical studies,
• Performing laboratory analyses,
• Preparing the report in accordance with the relevant legislation and opinions of the competent authorities,
• Quotations shall be submitted by companies authorized to prepare Geological and Geotechnical Survey Reports and possessing the necessary documents, permits, and qualifications required under the relevant legislation.

Completion Period;

The completion period for all services included within the scope of work requested by the Contracting Authority (İzmir Commodity Exchange) is 45 (forty-five) calendar days. 

Submission of Quotations;

Price quotations for the services must be submitted to the address or email address specified below no later than 16:00 on Monday, June 29, 2026.

Quotations shall be submitted by companies authorized to prepare Geological and Geotechnical Survey Reports and possessing the necessary documents, permits, and qualifications required under the relevant legislation.

Evaluation Process;

Quotations submitted within the specified period will be evaluated at the next meeting of the Board of Directors of the İzmir Commodity Exchange. The İzmir Commodity Exchange reserves the right to evaluate or not evaluate the quotations, to proceed or not proceed with the work, and to select the quotation it deems appropriate.
