In a letter received from the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye (TOBB), with reference to the letter of the General Directorate of the Turkish Employment Agency (İŞKUR) under the Ministry of Labour and Social Security (Department of Employment Services), information is provided regarding the "Candidate Pool System" introduced for employers seeking personnel.

The Turkish Employment Agency (İŞKUR) has launched a new application for employers seeking personnel. Previously, employers could search for candidates matching the required qualifications by posting a vacancy with the Agency. With the new application, candidates possessing the required qualifications can now be viewed through the “Candidate Pool System” without the need to post a vacancy. While the new system saves employers time and effort, it also offers a more effective matching opportunity for job seekers registered with the Agency who are not insured through any workplace.

Employers accessing the Candidate Pool System can use the filtering options available on the search page to determine how many registered candidates meet criteria such as occupation, education level, certificates, language proficiency, age, and province of employment. In addition, through the Candidate Pool System, employers can conduct detailed searches to reach job seekers across various categories, including those who have received vocational training, may potentially benefit from employment incentives, receive social assistance, hold vocational qualification certificates, or receive unemployment benefits, and can create occupation-based candidate pools accordingly.

Yours sincerely,

İzmir Commodity Exchange
