The Turkish Employment Agency (İŞKUR) is implementing the “Youth in the Age of Production (GÜÇ)” Program with the aim of supporting young people’s strong and sustainable participation in the labour market without interrupting their education. The program aims to enable young people to gain work experience at an early age, align their skills with the needs of the labour market, and increase their access to sustainable employment opportunities.

Within the scope of the GÜÇ Program, various initiatives are available for different target groups under the headings of Internship Support, My Future is in My Profession, NİUP (NEET Labour Force Adaptation Program), First Step into Employment, and İŞKUR Youth.
