Applications for the TOBB Nefes Loan Program Are Reopening!

A new round of applications for the TOBB Nefes Loan Program, launched by the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye (TOBB) to provide SMEs with financing under favorable conditions, will begin on Tuesday, November 3, 2026.

Active members registered with our Exchange are also eligible to benefit from the loan program under the following conditions:

•  Each company may obtain a loan of up to TRY 5 million.
•  The loan will have a maximum maturity of 48 months, including a 6-month principal repayment grace period.
•  The interest rate will be 36% for loans with maturities of up to 24 months and 34% for loans with maturities exceeding 24 months.
•  Our members may apply to branches of Denizbank, QNB Bank, Türkiye Cumhuriyeti Ziraat Bankası, Türkiye Garanti Bankası, Türkiye Vakıflar Bankası, Türkiye Halk Bankası, Yapı ve Kredi Bankası, and Ziraat Katılım Bankası by presenting a certificate of activity obtained from our Exchange.
