Dear Member,

We are pleased to invite you to the “Supported Employment Summit: Neurodiversity at Work,” organized under the coordination of İzmir Metropolitan Municipality in cooperation with the İzmir Chamber of Commerce, Aegean Region Chamber of Industry, İzmir Commodity Exchange, Aegean Young Businesspeople Association, Dokuz Eylül University, and Rotary District 2440 Federation.

The supported employment model is an approach that promotes the sustainable participation of individuals with disabilities, particularly neurodivergent individuals, in the labor market while providing guidance to employers on creating inclusive and productive working environments.

The summit aims to:

- Raise awareness of inclusive employment,

- Share examples of best practices,

- Develop sustainable partnerships with the business community.

 

As part of the summit, 10 companies that contribute to the employment of neurodivergent individuals and create inclusive working environments will be selected from among the applicants by an evaluation committee and presented with awards.

We believe that your participation will make a significant contribution to promoting inclusive employment.
