In a letter received from the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye (TOBB), it is stated that the "Redesign of the State-Supported Trade Credit Insurance (DDAS) System Project" has been launched by the Insurance and Private Pension Regulation and Supervision Agency in order to enable SMEs to benefit more extensively from the system. It is also stated that, in order to identify deficiencies in the system, the survey must be completed by the close of business on Friday, 23 January 2026 at the latest.

As is known, the State-Supported Trade Credit Insurance (DDAS) System includes the DDAS-Commercial product, introduced in 2019 to provide effective protection against risks within the scope of trade credit insurance for Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises (SMEs), and the DDAS-Financing product, introduced in 2023 to provide financing to SMEs.
