In a letter received from the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye (TOBB), it is stated that, as Türkiye will be excluded from Japan’s Generalized System of Preferences (GSP) as of April 1, 2026, the Special Certificate of Origin (FORM A) cannot be used for exports to Japan after this date. Accordingly, as of April 1, 2026, the Special Certificate of Origin (FORM A) for Japan cannot be issued through TOBB’s MEDOS software system.
