In a letter received from the General Directorate of the Turkish Grain Board (TMO), with reference to a letter from the İzmir Regional Directorate of the Aegean Region, it is stated that the seedless raisins held in the Regional Directorate’s stocks were offered for sale by collecting demand, either on a cash basis and/or with a 120-day interest-free deferred payment option, under the Seedless Raisin Sales Instructions dated March 26, 2026.
- It is further stated that the remaining seedless raisin stocks from those offered for sale under the Seedless Raisin Sales Instructions have been made freely available for sale, without distinction between individuals and organizations, until May 22, 2026, either on a cash basis and/or with a 90-day interest-free deferred payment option, subject to the provisions set out in the aforementioned instructions.
Companies applying to purchase seedless raisins and wishing to enter into a 90-day interest-free deferred payment agreement shall sign the attached deferred payment sales agreement (Annex-1). Companies wishing to purchase on a cash basis, by credit card, or by credit card in 3 installments shall submit the attached undertaking (Annex-2).
