In a letter received from the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye (TOBB), referring to a communication from the Ministry of Trade, it was announced that, as of October 26, 2026, the Moscow Commercial Counsellor's Office will accept applications for document approvals and other procedures carried out by the Office under the relevant export support legislation exclusively through the Registered Electronic Mail (KEP) system.
