In a letter received from the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye (TOBB), with reference to a letter from the Ministry of Family and Social Services, the procedures and principles concerning the "Private-Sector Employer Social Security Premium Support," introduced by the Ministry pursuant to Additional Article 5 of Law No. 3294 on Encouraging Social Assistance and Solidarity in order to promote the employment of social assistance beneficiaries, together with the "Regulation on the Employment of Social Assistance Beneficiaries," are provided for your information.

Thanks to the "Social Assistance Recipients" filter available in İŞKUR's Candidate Pool System, social assistance beneficiaries can be easily identified. Employers who hire individuals identified through this filter and meet the other conditions stipulated in the relevant legislation may benefit from the Private-Sector Employer Social Security Premium Support provided under Additional Article 5 of Law No. 3294.
