In a letter received from the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye (TOBB), referring to correspondence from the Istanbul Chamber of Commerce, it is stated that the SIAL China Fair, held in Shanghai, People's Republic of China, is of great importance to the export activities of Türkiye's food industry. It is further announced that the Istanbul Chamber of Commerce will organize Türkiye's national participation in the fair, which will take place from May 18 to 20, 2027.
