In a letter received from the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye (TOBB), with reference to a letter from the General Directorate of the Turkish Employment Agency (İŞKUR), it is stated that refunds related to the Minimum Wage Support, which has been financed by the Unemployment Insurance Fund since 2018 and implemented by offsetting the relevant annual support amounts against the Social Security Institution premium debts of employers who meet the conditions stipulated under Provisional Articles 75, 78, 80, 85, 88, 93, 96, 101 and 109 of Law No. 5510 on Social Insurance and General Health Insurance, were requested to be transferred to the bank accounts of the Provincial Directorates of Labour and Employment Agency.

The letter further states that, in order to ensure that the amounts deducted by public institutions and organizations from progress payments for tenders within the scope of the support and transferred to escrow accounts are refunded to İŞKUR in a more orderly and efficient manner, the bank accounts of the aforementioned Provincial Directorates of Labour and Employment Agency have been closed. Accordingly, such amounts must be transferred exclusively to İŞKUR's account associated with Tax Identification Number 7811135112, held at Halkbank Ankara Public Corporate Branch, with IBAN TR16 0001 2009 4520 0004 0002 64 and account name ASG ÜCR DESTEK İADE.
