On 15 June 2026, a training session titled “Olive Oil in Turkish Gastronomy and Sensory Analysis of Olive Oil” will be held at the İzQ Entrepreneurship Center between 13:30 – 16:00, organized by our Exchange in cooperation with the İzmir Commodity Exchange Education, Culture and Social Integration Foundation (BORSAV), under the instruction of Bilge Keykubat.
