In a letter received from the KOSGEB İzmir Directorate, it is stated that applications for the 2nd period of 2026 under the Capacity Development Support Program will be accepted between June 6 and June 30, 2026.

Who Can Apply for Capacity Development Support?
- Being registered in the KOSGEB Database, having active status, and having an up-to-date Business Declaration,
- Being classified as a small or medium-sized enterprise (Micro-enterprises cannot apply.),
- Being established as a limited liability company or joint-stock company,
- Being a fast-growing enterprise
are required.
Enterprises meeting any of the criteria below are not required to meet the fast-growth requirement:
- Holding a Technogirişim Badge,
- Cooperating in sectors designated for supplier development (To meet the requirement of cooperation in sectors designated for supplier development, the enterprise must be among the businesses notified to KOSGEB in accordance with the protocol signed between KOSGEB and the stakeholder.)
Which Sectors Are Eligible for Capacity Development Support?
According to NACE Rev. 2;
C - Manufacturing,
61 - Telecommunications,
62 - Computer Programming, Consultancy and Related Activities,
63 - Information Service Activities,
72 - Scientific Research and Development Activities,
enterprises operating in these sectors will be eligible to benefit from business development support.
