Dear Member,

In a letter received from the Directorate General of Exports of the Republic of Türkiye Ministry of Trade, it is stated that the "Istanbul Global E-Export Summit (IGEXX)" was held on September 4-5, 2024, under the auspices of the Ministry, with the aim of achieving sustainable growth in Türkiye's e-exports and increasing the global recognition of Turkish brands. It is further announced that the second edition of the Summit will take place at the Haliç Congress Center on September 3-5, 2026, once again under the auspices of the Ministry and in coordination with the Turkish Exporters Assembly (TİM).

The 2024 event brought together more than 3,000 high-level participants, including representatives of 33 global and regional marketplaces from the United States, China, Brazil, India, Europe, the MENA region, and ASEAN countries, notably AboutYou, JD, Jumia, Otto, Ozon, Shopee, Takelot, Walmart, Wayfair, and Wildberries.

During the event, 56 domestic and international companies showcased their activities through exhibition stands, while expert speakers shared their knowledge and experience in 29 presentations and 22 panel sessions held across three different halls.

This year's Summit, organized under the theme "Beyond Borders," will welcome representatives of more than 40 global marketplaces from around the world, spanning the Americas, the Far East, South Africa, and Europe. In addition to bilateral business meetings, more than 25 panel sessions featuring over 150 speakers are planned.

Through these panel sessions, participants will have the opportunity to closely follow current trends and international developments in digital commerce, enhance their knowledge and competencies in the field, and gain new perspectives to strengthen their e-export strategies through insights shared by industry experts.

Within this framework, companies will have the opportunity to:

- Hold one-on-one meetings with marketplace representatives from their target markets to introduce their companies and products,

- Meet with pre-matched business contacts whose interests align with their product portfolios during scheduled meetings,

- Gain practical insights from industry experts on topics such as artificial intelligence in e-exports, payment systems, logistics, and smart order fulfillment, which they can incorporate into their business strategies.

Pre-applications for the IGEXX 2026 B2B program are accepted free of charge, and no fees are collected from companies during the application stage. Applications will be evaluated based on the companies' product categories, target markets, e-export capacities, operational capabilities, and the requirements of participating marketplaces. Companies whose applications are approved will be able to confirm their participation in the B2B program after completing the registration and payment procedures in accordance with the instructions provided to them.

Bilateral business meeting schedules will be prepared for companies that have completed their participation procedures, taking into account product and market compatibility, the requirements of marketplace representatives, and the suitability of potential matches. As meeting schedules will be arranged in order of registration, companies that register early will be given priority when scheduling meetings with their target marketplaces.

Detailed information about the Summit is available at www.igexx.com, and B2B registrations can be completed at https://ticket.igexx.com/b2b/company-form.

Best regards,
