The project aims to reduce energy costs in production processes and support the green transformation of businesses by establishing renewable energy communities among SMEs. Within the scope of the project, the following services will be provided free of charge to businesses with SME status, particularly those operating in the agri-food and retail sectors, to facilitate the establishment of renewable energy communities:
- Technical feasibility support,
- Legal consultancy required for establishing renewable energy communities,
- Free training programs and support for establishing the necessary infrastructure.
The “Green Transformation through Renewable Energy Communities Panel” will be held on Monday, October 19, at the IZQ Entrepreneurship Center. The panel will address the current state of renewable energy in Türkiye, present best practices of cooperative and community structures from the European Union and Türkiye, discuss recent regulatory developments, and provide information on the free support mechanisms offered within the scope of the project.
