In a letter received from the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye (TOBB), with reference to a letter from the Ministry of Trade, it is stated that the EU Energy and Raw Materials Platform has been established to ensure security of supply under the European Union (EU) Raw Materials Mechanism.

The letter emphasizes that the first call under the mechanism was announced on April 13, 2026, and that information regarding the call can be accessed at https://energy-platform.ec.europa.eu/raw-materials . Companies wishing to participate are required to register via the link by the end of April.
