In a letter received from the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye (TOBB), with reference to a letter from the Ministry of Trade (Directorate General for International Agreements and European Union), it is stated that the Forced Labour Single Portal, established under the EU Forced Labour Regulation—which prohibits the placing and making available on the European Union (EU) market, as well as the export, of products made with forced labour and will apply from December 14, 2027—was launched on June 26, 2026.

Within this framework, the online portal will make publicly available the names and contact details of designated competent authorities; guidelines; data on the impact and victims of forced labour, including gender-disaggregated data or data relating to forced child labour; a list of publicly available sources of information relevant to the implementation of the Regulation; decisions banning products; decisions withdrawing such bans; and the results of investigations.

The Portal is intended to support stakeholders in their preparations until the legislation becomes applicable. To access the Portal and related documents, please CLICK HERE.
