In a letter received from the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye (TOBB), it is stated that the Regulation Amending the Implementing Regulation of the Employment Protection Support Program was published in the Official Gazette on August 28, 2026, and entered into force on the same date.
The procedures and principles regarding the implementation of the aforementioned support program will be determined by the Ministry of Industry and Technology and the Small and Medium Enterprises Development Organization of Türkiye (KOSGEB). In this regard, it is important to follow the official information sources and announcements of the relevant institutions.
