In a letter received from the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye (TOBB), with reference to a letter from the Ministry of Trade, it is stated that Crocus Expo in Russia, which has begun hosting numerous exhibitions eligible for individual participation and overseas participation organization support, applies strict rules regarding exhibition preparations, ranging from the transportation of exhibition goods to stand construction, and does not permit non-accredited companies to provide services within the exhibition venue. As a result, some Turkish exhibitors participating in exhibitions supported by the Ministry have experienced difficulties due to a lack of prior knowledge regarding these requirements.
In this context, it is stated that services may be obtained from the official stand contractor of Crocus Expo, or exhibitors may verify whether the companies they have contracted are accredited by the exhibition venue by sending an e-mail to [email protected].
Accordingly, companies and cooperation organizations from Türkiye participating individually in international exhibitions held at Crocus Expo, as well as companies and cooperation organizations participating collectively in overseas events organized by organizers authorized by the Ministry, are advised to obtain services from accredited stand contractors in order to ensure that their participation in the exhibitions is carried out smoothly and effectively.
