In a letter received from the KOSGEB Izmir Directorate, it is stated that applications for the third period of 2026 under the Capacity Development Support Program will be accepted from August 22 to September 15, 2026.

Who Can Apply for Capacity Development Support?

 

Businesses must be registered in the KOSGEB Database, have active status, and have an up-to-date Business Declaration,

Be classified as a small or medium-sized enterprise (Micro-enterprises are not eligible to apply.),

Have the status of a natural or legal person as defined under the Turkish Commercial Code,

Be a high-growth enterprise.

 

The high-growth requirement does not apply to businesses that meet any of the following criteria:

 

Holding a Techno-Entrepreneurship Badge,

Participating in cooperation activities in designated sectors aimed at supplier development (To meet this requirement, the business must be among those reported to KOSGEB in accordance with a protocol signed between KOSGEB and the relevant stakeholder.)

 

Which Sectors Are Eligible for Capacity Development Support?

 

According to NACE Rev. 2:

C-Manufacturing,

61-Telecommunications,

62-Computer Programming, Consultancy and Related Activities,

63-Information Service Activities,

72-Scientific Research and Development Activities.

Businesses operating in these sectors are eligible to benefit from business development support.
