In a letter received from the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye (TOBB), it is stated that the "European Union Instrument for Pre-Accession Assistance Rural Development Program (IPARD III)" training program will be organized within the framework of the protocol signed between the Directorate for European Union Affairs of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Agriculture and Rural Development Support Institution (TKDK) of the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry, and Ankara University’s European Communities Research and Application Center (ATAUM).

The training will be held online from June 29 to July 3, 2026. The program aims to provide participants with knowledge and skills related to preparing IPARD III grant applications, project management, and implementation processes.

The training program is expected to contribute to enhancing the project preparation and implementation capacities of individuals and legal entities planning to undertake rural development investments under the IPARD III Program.
