Dear Member,
The dates for the elections of the governing bodies of our Exchange, to be held in accordance with Law No. 5174 on the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye and the Chambers and Commodity Exchanges, have been approved by the Konak 1st District Electoral Board upon the request of our Board of Directors.
According to the approved schedule, the elections for the principal and substitute members of the Professional Committees and the Assembly will be held on Monday, October 5, 2026, between 09:00 and 17:00 in Hall C of the İZFAŞ Gaziemir Fairgrounds.

SAMPLE PETITIONS FOR AUTHORIZATION CERTIFICATES
To vote in the elections for the governing bodies of our Exchange, an election authorization certificate must be obtained from the trade registry office where the company is registered, using the sample petitions provided below.
