Compliance Deadlines for the Turkish Food Codex Regulation on Food Labeling and Consumer Information
In a letter received from the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye (TOBB), referring to a letter from the General Directorate of Food and Control of the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry, information is provided regarding the compliance deadlines for mass catering establishments under the amendments to the Turkish Food Codex Regulation on Food Labeling and Consumer Information and its implementation guidelines.
