Revision of the Minimum Order Quantity for Certain Products in the ELÜS Market
According to a letter received from the Turkish Mercantile Exchange Inc. (TÜRİB); in response to requests submitted to the Exchange by market participants, and pursuant to Article 7 of the TÜRİB Electronic Warehouse Receipts (ELÜS) Market Procedure, titled "Principles Regarding Trading Units," the minimum order quantity that can be submitted to the Exchange Trading System (BİS) in a single order for ELÜS representing the products specified below will be reduced from 500 kg to 100 kg, effective from the trading session on Monday, August 31, 2026.

According to a letter received from Emlak Yönetim Hizmetleri ve Ticaret A.Ş.; the Urban Transformation Directorate will offer 660 various land plots across 24 provinces for sale on September 2, 3, and 4, 2026.
25% down payment with 24-month installments or full upfront payment (a 20% discount will be applied to upfront payments).

Investment Opportunities in the Czech Republic Seminar (Online)
According to a letter received from the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye (TOBB), the "Investment Opportunities in the Czech Republic Seminar" will be held online on Wednesday, September 16, 2026, between 15:00 and 17:00, in cooperation with TOBB and the Czech Investment Agency (CzechInvest).

Launch of the Audit Preparation File (VDK-İHD) Application
According to a letter received from the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye (TOBB), referring to a communication from the Tax Inspection Board of the Ministry of Treasury and Finance; the Tax Inspection Board has developed the Audit Preparation File (VDK-İHD) application to digitalize the preparation process for tax audits. The application was launched on Wednesday, August 5, with its first module, the Use of False Documents (SBK) Module.
General tax audits, VAT refund audits, and other modules will be gradually integrated into the application.
