Special Certificate of Origin (FORM A) - Japan
According to a letter received from the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye (TOBB); as Türkiye will be removed from Japan's Generalized System of Preferences as of April 1, 2026, the Special Certificate of Origin (FORM A) will no longer be valid for exports to Japan after that date. Accordingly, it is stated that Special Certificates of Origin (FORM A) for Japan will no longer be issued through TOBB's MEDOS software as of April 1, 2026.

Postponement - D-8 Halal Expo Indonesia
According to a letter received from the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye (TOBB); it had previously been announced that the D-8 Summit would be held on April 15, 2026, in Jakarta, the capital of Indonesia, and that the "D-8 Halal Expo Indonesia" event would take place on April 14–18, 2026, on the sidelines of the Summit.
According to a letter received from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, referring to a diplomatic note recently received from the Indonesian authorities hosting the Summit, it has been decided to postpone the Summit and related meetings, originally scheduled for April, to a later date.
