The New Equation of Sustainable Exports

In a letter received from the Aegean Exporters' Associations (EİB), it is stated that an information seminar titled "The New Equation of Sustainable Exports: Preparing for the ETS and Managing Carbon Credits" will be organized by the Associations on March 4, 2026, at 14:00 in the 7th Floor Conference Hall, with the participation of experts in the field.

The seminar will take a practical approach to examining how carbon costs can be calculated and managed within companies under the Carbon Border Adjustment Mechanism (CBAM) and the national Emissions Trading System (ETS), as well as how carbon credits and offsetting mechanisms can be appropriately integrated during the transition period. The program aims to provide exporting companies with a concrete and actionable roadmap.
