Regarding Products Subject to a Preliminary Injunction

Dear Member,

In a letter received from the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye (TOBB), with reference to a letter from the Ministry of Trade; it is stated that, pursuant to the preliminary injunction issued by the Ankara 5th Civil Court of Intellectual and Industrial Property Rights on January 16, 2026, under case number 2025/483, as provided in Annex 1, in the lawsuit filed by Beyaz Kağıt ve Hijyenik Ürünler Temizlik İnşaat Sanayi Ticaret Anonim Şirketi against Latrikos Kozmetik Medikal Temizlik Sanayi ve Ticaret Limited Şirketi, a decision has been made to prohibit the production, advertising, promotion, domestic and international sales of the "ADAROX" brand, which creates a likelihood of confusion with the "ASPEROX", "ASPEROX SARI GÜÇ", and "ASPEROX SARI GÜÇ+Figure" trademarks and products bearing these trademarks, and to suspend export procedures for cleaning products bearing the "ADAROX" designation.

In this context, it is emphasized that compliance with the decision prohibiting the production and sale of cleaning products marketed under the "ADAROX" brand by Latrikos Kozmetik Medikal Temizlik Sanayi ve Ticaret Limited Şirketi is essential.
