Kestelli calls on members to support the employment campaign
Speaking at the Ordinary Assembly Meeting in February, Mrs. Işınsu Kestelli, chairperson of the Board of Directors of İzmir Commodity Exchange (ICE), called on all ICE members within the scope of the National Employment Mobilization launched throughout the country.
Calling on the members who could afford to recruit new employees to support the campaign 'Employ at least 1 person for the future of Türkiye', Kestelli said, "The increase in unemployment rates has lately reached a level that has worried all of us. We, therefore, hope and ask for the support of our members that can afford to employ new staff under the call initiated recently. As you know, under the programme that will continue till 31 December 2017, you will pay only the salary of the employee you will recruit, and the insurance premiums will be covered by the state. I strongly believe that our members will display maximum sensitivity to the support call."
